Hey guys, I'm think R3M needs a new skin. Also, an upgrade soon. I will promote the site as much as possible to get more members, in hope of upgrading the site and changing the skin.

Do you think my idea is good?

Exactly what Eagle said. We are trying to get all of this done but we need some donations and more members. once we get them then we will start the upgrade.
