New skin for the site?

Hey guys, I'm think R3M needs a new skin. Also, an upgrade soon. I will promote the site as much as possible to get more members, in hope of upgrading the site and changing the skin.

Yes, we are working on getting a new skin, shoutbox, badges and a domain, we need members and donations first
